The problem
An agency that sells AI cannot rely on a contact form as its only front door. Visitors arrive with concrete questions: what can be automated, how much it costs, how long it takes. If nobody answers right then, they leave.
The solution
We built an agent on the Claude API that knows our services and process because it is fed from the same content as the website. It replies in the visitor’s language, asks one question at a time to understand the case and, when there is real interest, collects name and email and sends them to the team with a summary of the need.
It has clear limits: it does not invent prices or results, never asks for sensitive data and stays on topic.
The result
Every visitor can try what we sell live, and the team receives qualified leads straight to their inbox. It is the same pattern we deploy for clients in customer support and sales.
